I'd like to hear from you

I'm very curious who the people are that have come here to visit this website. I'd love to hear from you! Who are you, and how did you find this website? Please email me at

  1. There is a city dump fee for picking up furniture and perhaps there should be a one time $15 charge made to the initial rent which would be for disposing of stuff that tenants do not dispose of themselves. Sometimes it takes two weeks for the city to pick up an item but they do it.If there is a caretaker they should get a date from Winnipeg Waste and see to it that it is organized for p/u on the right date. Otherwise if you feel strongly about this stack it together the way a co-op would. When we get "good rents" we also need to have a "good spirit " and participate in that community.I am not suggesting that ordinary people move pianos though.I live in a building that is how it goes. Not everyone treats trash this way many people are respectful. If that isn't true in your block perhaps you need a resident's committee or something.Relying always on others, even when you pay rent, is not community minded.

  2. You are right about all these things, except a couple:

"one time $15 charge made to the initial rent" is not legal, as per RTB.

This isn't in my block. My block is well taken care of. Murdoch's property is our next-door neighbour. My next-door neighbours are not taking care of their block. As a neighbour, there is nothing I can do, I have tried every avenue.

Murdoch's mismanagement is affecting my property, my people, my business. Their weeds are taking over my lawn. Their garbage is taking over my parking lot. I should move in to 435 Cumberland so that I could become an active resident in the property, then I would have a voice.
